Return Process

  Contact our support team through the Help Center with your order number and the specific reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the controller or accessory in its original box, ensuring all cables and documentation are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship to Battle Beaver

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the exterior of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
